Thank you all who stopped by my booth, chatted about products, and took home one of my creations from recent shows--Deep Draft Market, Olalla Music Festival, and San Genarro Festival!  And of course, always grateful for on-line shoppers!!

And another customer verified BEST.NIP.EVER. is not a false claim for the name of my cat nip products!

But mind-blowing news just after home from SGF: learned that the customer for a custom guitar strap I recently made is the legendary Buck Dharma of Blue Oyster Cult!  I am grateful that he & his wife chose my strap, and they are very happy with it, and graciously shared some pictures of him wearing it at a show & granted me permission to use the photos & name.

I never imagined that when I first started making straps, which included some for the "guitar" controllers for the game Rock Band, that one day one of the straps I'd make would be worn by one of the legends in this game!

Wow.  I love that the guitar straps that I love to create helps to support a customer's love--literally.  And it's an honor to have one of my straps appreciated and used by anyone with years of experience wearing different straps--but especially when it's on such a famous shoulder!  (though glad I didn't know this when I was making it--else likely would have been so nervous I'd have made a lot of errors/fingers sliced in the process!).

Back to earth now:  November I will have shows on 3 of the 5 weekends!  And hopefully many shop orders to fill, too!   The first weekend is SeaMeow Con at Seattle Center Exhibition Center with booth full of cat nip & toys & themed leather goods.  Then on the 4th weekend is a PNW Holiday Bazaar at Kiana Lodge in Suquamish (near Poulsbo), and then Geek Craft Expo on the 5th & last weekend of November at Magnuson Park, Seattle.
