  This listing is for the STRAP LOCK strap part only for the genuine Schaller S-Lock strap locks that are their latest design with a wheel nut that has a set screw.
  
  With option to purchase only the Locks, you can have a finish that matches a new or different strap and not have to spend extra money on the hardware mounted on the guitar itself & have parts you don't need! It's not quite half the price of the full set, but a significant savings over a full set for just the lock buttons. But these only work if you have S-locks already installed. Please see my listing for the full sets if you need all of the hardware in the set.
  
  If you need the buttons, which affix to the guitar, please see the listing for the full sets that I have--though Schaller also now also sells the buttons on their own, but I don't have these in my shop (yet).
  
  Each package has 2 strap locks as received from the Schaller factory in Germany in their branded packaging intended for the front and back on one strap. I have decided to NOT OPEN any of these, but am using photos from my lock sets listing to show the lock parts in detail and against other leathers. You'll be receiving them as shown in their Schaller factory sealed bags.
  
  My intent in offering them is as an option to matching the lock to your new guitar strap--but of course some options still look better with your instrument's hardware than what is normally found, too!
  
  And I am carrying four of the harder to find finishes that suit my many different leathers well. Schaller makes seven (7) finishes, and nearly all stores stock the basic Nickel & Chrome, but unlike the sets where I have 5 options, I am currently carrying 4 finishes:
  
  >Ruthenium* (similar to a gun metal dark grey)
  >Satin Chrome
  >Satin Pearl (more golden vs. satin chrome)
  >Black Chrome (as of 10/13, I new stock, but had to increase the price to cover the tariff)
  
  PLEASE NOTE as of early September 2025 that these prices on all but Black Chrome reflect the last order I could get before the "de minimis" exemption was eliminated and shipping halted by carriers into the US due to confusion over handling of tariffs/duties on small orders. I do not know when I will be able to restock, or if I can afford to do so without passing the large tariffs along to you, but my prices do reflect the factory's increases since my prior order.
  
  *Schaller no longer lists Ruthenium option for Locks only on their site, so when these sell out, this finish will only be available in fulls sets).
  
  I may not be able to offer as competitive of pricing with many traditional retailers that can purchase & ship in bulk for deeper discounts, but they also rarely stock these finishes. My price on these harder to find finishes has a minimal margin for myself, but I try to ensure I cover my costs with conversion rates and fees in mind so I can continue offering these options along with my straps for you.

  >Images of all 5 strap button portions of the sets on 1" wide black leather and brown leather with each finish noted.
  >Wheel nuts from the lock sets on grey/silvery leathers--a random foil on black, and pewter color snake print as I have in different colors already listed (with or without a Nickel washer from an old set I have added for comparison of finish only--this, nor any Nickel finish lock set, is offered in this listing)
  >Wheel nuts of all finishes across more colorful leathers--an iridescent dragon scale print over black next to a rainbow iridescent foil "grill" pattern on black, with the Nickel washer for comparison.
  
  Shipping pricing:
  If you order the locks along with your new guitar strap from me, there will be no additional shipping for the locks, so if you've been charged additional shipping fee in the order with a strap, or ordered to add to a strap that I've not yet shipped to you, I will refund overage. And with all of my orders, if I can save on the shipping for any order so it's less than you've paid, I will refund the difference.
