  More of this leather has finally been found!
  
  This leather is a similar shade to semi-sweet chocolate--though varies a bit with the light, but it is a dark & rich shade of dark brown, darker than most milk chocolate, but not as dark as dark chococlate.
  
  Personalization is an option by either silk screening or laser etching at $15 per setup, but please convo me first with your idea for text & font, or image, and I can quote you the price and create a custom listing for you.
  
  This is through dyed leather, so the edges and the underside are also brown, a bit darker than the top grain surface, which has a soft hand, but smoother than nubuck. But it is not a leather if you want the strap to remain pristine, but one that shows its life--the leather already had some scuffs when I bought the hide, as well as from my normal handling and processing. So recommended only if you like distressed look and love broken in leather. But it is very tough, yet supple, and will hold acoustic, electric, and even bass guitars well.
  
  There are two length options right now:
  STANDARD, which is about 48" to 58" between the peg holes, and
  SHORTER, which is about 44" to 54" between the peg holes.
  
  The main strap is hand cut to 2 1/2" wide and tapers slightly at either end, and is about 42" long. I have softened the cut edges with a small beveler, so there is a gentle transition from the top surface to the edge.
  
  Eleven adjustment slots are cut about every 1", and the 1" wide adjustment strap, which is about 22" so about 18" to the peg hole from first slot it's in. And this easily loops through the chosen slot and is woven through the other slots to provide the desired length and fixes to the back pin on the guitar.
  
  The holes for the front peg is punched at 5/16", and rear in the adjustment strap is 3/8". Each end has a small slit that ends with a small hole for a "keyhole" effect to prevent tears and to make the strap easy to install & remove. The hole and can accommodate most pegs, but remains securely in place. If you have a specific peg size you need to fit, please let me know.
  
  The design means the strap is only leather, and there is no metal or plastic hardware that could annoy you while you're playing, or your knock into you instrument while it's being moved or stored. The main strap will have ink stamped logo on the underside, but as of late 2018 I am now laser etched my logo onto the adjustment strap for this one.
  
  And since I cut these myself, I can usually modify the length or spacing to get the fit that works for you, pending how much of the leather I have, so please message me with what you need if it's outside of the standard range.
  
  I can also provide coordinating leather "laces" if you prefer to tie the strap to the neck of the guitar, rather than using a front peg. There is no extra charge for these when you order the strap, but please note in the order you want it included.
